Roger Marshall
RogerRoger has 23 years experience in the HVAC industry, running his own business for many years. Roger joined Central Refrigeration & Air Conditioning in March 2007 as Preventative Maintenance Manager.  Roger is responsible for overseeing all of our domestic and commercial maintenance contracts.

In his time off Roger enjoys fishing and is a member of the local 4 wheel drive club, and is actively involved in the Alexandra Lions Club.

Ben Gibbons
BenBen has worked with Central Refrigeration since 2006 as an apprentice, and completed his training in 2008 as an Appliance Service Technician. Ben is effectively taking on more responsibilities since the completion of his apprenticeship.

Ben likes to spend his weekends and time off, motorcycling or working on his car.

Ken Rogers
KenKen has worked with Central Refrigeration as Appliance Service Manager since 2001; he is a registered electrician with over 20 years experience in the industry. Ken is an assessor for ETITO apprenticeships and is also a capable Heat Pump installer.

Ken has a young family and enjoys supporting their many activities. He also is a keen cyclist and motorcyclist.


Darryl McKissock
DarrylDarryl began with Central Refrigeration in 2008, after moving back to the area with his family. He spent fifteen years in Australia as a Project Engineer.  Darryl is a Heat pump Technician and is part way through a three year electrical apprenticeship.

Darryl enjoys fishing, shooting and motorcycling whenever he gets the chance.

Stuart Horswell
StuartStu began with Central Refrigeration in 2008 as a Heat pump Technician. Originally from Scotland, Stu has been in New Zealand for four years. He has taken on a three year electrical apprenticeship, and hopes to make New Zealand home

Stu enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, fishing, snow boarding, and diving whenever he gets the chance.

Jackie Wilkinson
JacquieJackie joined Central Refrigeration in 2007. As office assistant, Jackie is the first point of contact for our customers/clients making sure they are directed to the appropriate division.
Jackie enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.

Ricky Driehuis
RickyRick joined the team at Central Refrigeration in 2004, forming and managing their Subsidiary company Telephone Plus

Having been in the Telecommunication industry in Central Otago for some 30 years, Rick prides himself in being able to assist clients with their total telecommunication requirements.

Born in Invercargill, Rick shifted to Alexandra in 1978 to work for the P&T and has great knowledge on how the telecommunication industry operates in his area.

In his leisure time, Rick together with wife Raewyn and daughter Colleen enjoy many outdoor and sporting activities which involves his family and friends, such as camping, mountain biking and squash, which he is actively involved as a committee member in the Alexandra Squash Club.

A keen biker (with a big motorbike) he is a member of the Chatto Creek Motorcycle Club and together with his wife try to attend as many motorcycle rally’s as they can throughout the year.

Shannon Morris
ShannonShannon is a registered electrician and has worked with Central Refrigeration since 2003. As the Manager in our Wanaka branch Shannon is responsible for the quoting and installation of domestic and commercial projects in the Wanaka region.

 

Cameron McHardy
CameronCameron is in year twelve at Dunstan High School and has been a part of the team at Central Refrigeration since 2004. He is in charge of Ice production and works most days after school doing general duties around the workshop.

Cameron has been involved in several local productions as a lighting operator. He is a keen cyclist, and enjoys participating in the various cycling events run in the Central Otago area.

Bruce Blackman
BruceBruce is one of the founding partners in the company. Being born and bred in Alexandra he is well and truly a “local”. With wife Janice and daughter Abby they enjoy living in Central Otago and utilizing the many outdoor activities available in the area.
Bruce is a bit of a “petrol head” enjoying anything to do with cars, motorbikes and boats.
Being sporting minded he can be found road cycling on the back lanes road central Otago regularly. Other interests include Food and wine [and Beer] and along with Janice and Abby enjoy travelling both nationally and internationally.

Bob Johnston
BobBob along with Bruce is a founding partner in the company and has a wealth of refrigeration and air conditioning knowledge having been in the trade for some 44 years. Bob shifted to Alexandra 32 years ago to run the refrigeration division for the Central Otago Electric Power Board and has a great knowledge of the area and its requirements. Bob enjoys the outdoors and getting away in his motor home to explore New Zealand and find the best fishing spots. Bob also enjoys all types of motor sports, water sports and overseas travel.

Helen Duff
HelenHelen joined Central Refrigeration in 1997 as an office administrator before moving into the Office Manger role.  Helen is responsible for the running of the office on a day to day basis.
Helen enjoys spending time with her young grandson and family.
