Bruce was a founding partner of the company in 1996 and following Bob Johnston’s retirement in 2014 became the sole company owner and Managing Director. Being born and bred in Alexandra he is well and truly a “local”. With wife Janice and daughter Abby they enjoy living in Central Otago and utilizing the many outdoor activities available in the area.
Bruce is a bit of a “petrol head” enjoying anything to do with cars, motorbikes and boats.
Being sporting minded he can be found road cycling on the back lanes road central Otago regularly. Other interests include Food and wine [and Beer] and along with Janice and Abby enjoy travelling both nationally and internationally.
Wanaka Area Manager
After 5 years of traveling the world Cory has returned to Central Otago with his young family to begin a new life in Wanaka in early 2014 . A registered electrician with 14 years in the trade Cory has experienced a wide range of electrical fields with the most recent being Building Management Systems and large commercial HVAC systems. Wanaka offers the perfect backdrop for Cory's interests in fishing, kayaking and snowboarding as well as an ideal place to spend time with his partner Kirsty and baby Felix.
Helen joined Central Refrigeration in 1997 as an office administrator before moving into the Office Manger role. Helen is responsible for the running of the office on a day to day basis.
Helen enjoys spending time with her young grandson and family.
Dave is originally from Dunedin and relocated to Central Otago in 2008 to take advantage of the lifestyle and outdoor pursuits, in particular mountain biking, that the area has to offer. He has a back ground in maintenance engineering and enjoys a challenge. Dave joined the team in 2012 and as a qualified Electrical Service Technician offers a vast range of skills which he applies throughout the company. Outside work Dave enjoys pursuing his keen gardening interests on his rural block with his Alpaca’s, dogs and partner Jan.
